The table for the people who are building what's next.
The Friday Table is a creative economy network born in Charlotte, North Carolina. Through workshops, brand activations, dinners, and intentional gatherings of every kind, we bring cities, communities, and organizations together to create something you can't manufacture alone: the shared energy that happens when people gather around a common purpose.
Every experience we design is meant to spark that energy and channel it into action.
Gather Intentionally
How we host.Every Friday Table event is crafted with professional-level intention, from the guest list to the atmosphere to the personalized experience.
Every dinner is an episode of The Friday Table Show; the environment and the people come together to create something memorable.
Build in Good Company
Our People Philosophy. We believe the best things are built alongside people you trust and enjoy being around.
The Friday Table is a community where relationships come first, and collaboration grows naturally from them. We show up for each other consistently, not just for the gathering, but for what comes after it.
Make Cool Stuff
What’s for business? It isn’t just about meeting people; it’s about creating things together.
We support builders, artists, founders, and creatives who are producing meaningful work. Whether it’s a service, an art piece, a product - we believe great communities should produce things worth sharing.

Meet Dani
Co-Founder & car-aoke performer
Dani Rubin is a facilitator, entrepreneur, and community builder with a background spanning sales, marketing, events, and creative education. For over five years, she has designed and led hands-on workshops in creative problem-solving, working with students, teams, and organizations to introduce practical tools that improve how people generate ideas and collaborate.
She believes everyone is creative, but that most of us unlearn it somewhere between childhood and the workplace. She designs rooms with the intention to bring creativity back into people's daily lives. Off the clock, she's a certified divemaster who is happiest underwater and will take any excuse to get back in the ocean. Meet Ani
Co-Founder & funny human
Ani Asanga is a multidisciplinary designer, entrepreneur, and abstract artist. As a seasoned service designer, his work is rooted in human-centered design strategy and building concepts, spaces, and experiences that improve how people move through systems. His design work has earned awards, including a 2020 European Product Design Award for a visionary concept exploring safer, more efficient large-scale mobility, and a 2021 Indigo Design Award in UX, Interface & Navigation along with multiple patents in financial technology.
In Charlotte, he has collaborated with local creatives on projects spanning art, design, and experience strategy.
